Opportunity Creation & Delivery
- Identifying, negotiating & delivering new international petroleum exploration opportunities. This might involve liaison with Foreign Government Agencies, National Oil Companies and International Operating Companies, many of which Insight Exploration has already established close contact.
Technical & Managerial Review
- Independent expert Peer Review of technical projects
- Independent Peer Review of strategy and business process to identify key issues and recommend prudent organisational changes
- Review of Farm-in opportunities with recommendations
